Bronson Reed reveals his first target upon main roster call-up

The NXT star Bronson Reed is one of the best up and coming stars on the black and gold brand. He recently dropped the NXT North American Championship to Isaiah ‘Swerve’ Scott of Hit Row on the latest of edition of NXT. It seems that he could soon be making his main roster debut as dropping the title is an indication of that.

Bronson Reed expresses his desire to face Roman Reigns

During a recent interview with on El Brunch de WWE prior to this week’s NXT, Bronson Reed spoke about a potential main roster debut. He was asked who he wants to face when he makes his way to the main roster. He immediately responded saying that he wants to lock horns with WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns.

He said: “It would be Roman Reigns. Straight away. Straight to the Tribal Chief, the Head of the Table. I’ll take him on.”

It has not been confirmed if Reed would be on Monday Night Raw or Friday Night SmackDown but it is noted that he prefers to be be on the blue brand.

Bronson Reed said:That’s a tough choice. I think both have benefits, but if I had to choose, if I had to leave the black and gold in NXT, I’d probably say the blue brand.”

The Colassal One said he was not certain as to what holds for him in future. He said that he is happy to performing in NXT on Tuesday nights. “but they’ll have me on RAW or SmackDown. I’m happy to show up and keep hitting that Tsunami Splash as many times as possible”, said Reed.

Bronson Reed was featured in dark matches for WWE officials at recent TV tapings, and also defeated Drew Gulak on last week’s WWE Main Event. As per the reports, Reed has been picked for a main roster call-up and this title change is an indication of that.

Reed also talked about getting to work Main Event and felt “great.” The former NXT North American Champion sees it as another opportunity to get get more attention. It seems he is absolutely delighted to have the win against Gulak at the show.

We will have to see how WWE plans to bring him to the main roster.
