Asuka is the current WWE Raw Women’s Champion. She had won the Money in the Bank contract ladder match at Money in the Bank pay-per-view.

The following night on Monday Night Raw, Becky Lynch, then-Raw Women’s Champion made the shocking announcement that she was pregnant.

‘The Man’ then revealed that the briefcase contained the championship title which Asuka had won. Since then she is having quite a championship run in WWE.

This is Asuka’s second WWE Raw Women’s Championship reign while she held WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship once, the title that is now held by Sasha Banks.

Sasha Banks defeated Bayley for SmackDown Women’s title last month at Hell in a Cell pay-per-view. Both the stars showcased an amazing and brutal match inside the barbaric structure of Hell in a Cell.

Bayley has challenged Sasha Banks for a championship rematch at upcoming Survivor Series event stating that she will end the 13-day title reign of ‘The Boss’.

She actually took a shot at her previous record of shortest reign of eight days and Sasha has never successfully retained the title. However, she has most number of reigns of this title with five reigns and also the youngest champion.

It is to be noted that, though Bayley had challenged Sasha Banks for a match at Suvivor Series, the bout might not take place.

As it stands, Asuka and Banks, who both are Women’s Grand Slam Champions and current holders of WWE Raw Women’s Championship and WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship respectively, are set to lock horns at the event.
