NBA Week 15 April 1 Results: Scores, standings, match summary and highlights

The fourth matchday of Week 15 of the 2020-21 NBA season has concluded and it’s time to take a look back at the scores and highlights of the matches and standings of the teams.

Cavaliers 94 – 114 76ers

Coming from a loss against the Nuggets, Philadelphia 76ers bounced back against the Cleveland Cavaliers to seal a comfortable win at the Quicken Loans Arena.

Shake Milton scored 27 points, while Dwight Howard posted 18 points and 15 rebounds. Ben Simmons contributed 13 rebounds.

Pistons 120 – 91 Wizards

Detroit Pistons gained superiority over Washington Wizards in the first half and kept their advantage till the end to win at Little Caesars Arena.

Josh Jackson led the hosts with a season-high 31 points, while Mason Plumlee posted 13 points and 11 rebounds. Russell Westbrook had his usual triple-double.

Nets 111 – 89 Hornets

A James Harden-less Brooklyn Nets had no stress in trouncing Charlotte Hornets at Barclays Center to seal their 34th win of this NBA season.

Kyrie Irving posted 15 points and 11 rebounds, along with 21 points from Jeff Green. Landry Shamet scored 17 off the bench.

Pelicans 110 – 115 Magic

The neck to neck clash between New Orleans Pelicans and Orlando Magic progressed into halftime but the visitors walked over the hosts with a 5 point advantage at the Smoothie King Center.

Wendell Carter Jr scored 21 points and 12 rebounds for Magic, followed by 19 points from Terrence Ross.

Heat 116 – 109 Warriors

The much anticipated clash between Miami Heat and Golden State Warriors went in favour of the hosts who cruised to their 25th win of this NBA season at the AmericanAirlines Arena.

Jimmy Butler scored 22, followed by 19 points from Bam Adebayo. Duncan Robinson and Tyler Herro posted 21 and 20 points respectively.

Spurs 129 – 134 Hawks

After two back to back losses, Atlanta Hawks found their redemption in a nail biting double Overtime clash against San Antonio Spurs at the AT&T Center.

Hawks had Trae Young, Clint Capela and Bogdan Bogdanović leading the charge with 28 points each, while Young and Capela added 12 assists and 17 rebounds respectively as well.

Clippers 94 – 101 Nuggets

Los Angeles Clippers dropped to their second straight defeat at the hands of Denver Nuggets at the Staples Center.

Jamal Murray posted 23 for the visitors, along with Michael Porter Jr scoring 20. Kawhi Leonard secured a double-double for the Clippers.
