If a 2-1 scoreline with the courtesy of a brace from Bruno Fernandes was enough for Manchester United to secure three points against Everton, the newcomer Edinson Cavani picked up his first goal for the club in the last minute as the visitors conquer Goodison Park 3-1.
Coming off from a shocking 2-1 loss against Başakşehir in the UCL group stage clash on Wednesday, a dashing win against Everton was the need of the hour for the Red Devils as they travelled to Mersyside with hopes of securing a win over Carlo Ancelotti’s boys and fulfilled the objective with a marvellous display of performance.
Fernandes secures a brace and an assist while Cavani picks up his first goal for Manchester United

The Portuguese scored his second in the 32nd minute as his volley aimed at Rashford eased past the United strikes into the Toffees net.
The second half was going goalless until the 5th and last minute into the injury time as Edinson Cavani, who came off the bench in the 82nd minute against Anthony Martial and struck it with an assist from Fernandes, making it 3-1 moments before the final whistle.
