The never-ending rivalry between New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers and late-night TV talk-show host Jimmy Kimmel has been fueled yet again. Kimmel has yet again taken shots back at Rodgers after the latter didn’t apologize.
Aaron Rodgers, a four-time MVP, future first-ballot Hall of Famer, and one of the best quarterbacks and Kimmel, a popular comedian, late-night host have reignited their long-standing rivalry feud that has been going on for several years and it has only worsened over the years.
It all began back in November 2021 when Jimmy Kimmel lambasted Aaron Rodgers for trying to hide his unvaccinated status. Kimmel had called out Aaron Rodgers for stating that he tested negative 300 times before testing positive. Kimmel stated that it was the same logic Rodgers’ 95-year-old grandma uses to justify keeping her driver’s license.
Last week on “The Pat McAfee Show,” Rodgers joked that he was ready to celebrate when the list of Epstein’s associates from court filings would be made public as he mentioned that show host Kimmel could be among the names on the list. Following that, Kimmel threatened to sue Rodgers for his comments.
Aaron Rodgers denies to apologize
Aaron Rodgers once again appeared on “The Pat McAfee Show” on Tuesday afternoon but didn’t apologize to Jimmy Kimmel over his comments. The Jets’ quarterback further downplayed the ABC late-night host.
“I don’t have any apologies, not [for] that guy from ABC,’’ Rodgers said.
Rodgers added that should “that list” come out, he would “definitely be popping some sort of bottle.”
“I still haven’t popped a bottle because there hasn’t been any list that’s come out,’’ he said Tuesday.
Though hthere was no list that’s emerged as of yet, Rodgers added, “And I’m glad that Jimmy is not on the list, I really am,’’

Jimmy Kimmel fires back
Meanwhile, Kimmel kicked off his Tuesday monologue discussing the “tumultuous week” he’s had.
“Things have settled down. We had a tumultuous week butting heads with delusional people,” Kimmel said.
“I was actually watching people actually play football last night. I was watching the college national championship game, the University of Michigan beat the University of Washington — 34 to 13 was the score — if you believe the mainstream media.”
We will have to wait and see how this feud progresses.
