Los Angeles Lakers star Dwight Howard has been accused of not taking his daddy duties seriously, by none other than one of his oldest child Braylon Howard.
Braylon says Dwight Howard is not a good dad
12-year-old Braylon is the son of Dwight Howard and actress Royce Reed, the first of his five partners. The boy has recently released a clip online of around four minutes of duration where Braylon blamed the Lakers centre for ignoring him.
“I don’t feel you’re a good dad at all. You never talk to me,” Braylon said in the clip which was shared by gossipofthecity.com.
“As of right now, I hate you. And I’m not saying this because someone told me to. I actually hate you. You don’t talk to me at all. … Only time you do something with us is if we’re with you, and that’s rarely when we’re with you,” the boy added.

Dwight Howard’s relation with both Braylon and Royce Reed has been bitter in the past. back in 2014, the player was accused of child abuse by Braylon’s mother and Howard himself had admitted that he had beat the boy with a belt. However, Dwight was cleared of all the charges after investigations.
Recently, Reed herself also lashed out at Dwight for ignoring their son via a post on Instagram, where she claimed that the Lakers star had been neglecting Braylon since July.

Last week, another similar accusation was directed at Dwight from another one of his girlfriends Christine Vest, who is the mother of his other son, Trey. Vest wrote on her Instagram story that the player has been absent from doing father’s duties. Braylon, who also has his own Instagram account maintained by Reed, shared Vest’s story.
“My dad isn’t a real dad. He don’t even talk to me and he know I’m sad and need him. I’m almost 13 so I can talk now,” Braylon wrote in his story.
Be that as it may, Dwight himself has been mum on all the accusations.
