The Rock, the former WWE star recently busted his head up during a workout session in his gym, Iron Paradise. He took to social media to discuss the incident.

The pro-wrestler turned actor, The Rock hit his Iron Paradise gym in his mansion in Miami, Florida. During the session, he was throwing around 50 lbs chains for a drop set. But accidentally it got lumped up and he injured his head so badly that he busted open.

‘The Great One’ took to his Instagram account as he explained the incident to the fans. He said that things in the Iron Paradise gym get intense and he often gets lumped.

The Rock said, “Often times, things get intense here in the iron paradise. But we ain’t playing tiddlywinks and we ain’t reciting nursery rhymes. You get lumped up every once in a while, and things happen.”

The former WWE Champion also got a taste of his own blood and he hilariously compared it to the tastes of some sauces.

He said, “That’s good, that’s real good.” In the Instagram post, he compared the taste of his blood to Teremana, calluses, and BlaMoan (black and Samoan) Hot Sauce.

His caption also read, “Taste your blood, keep training and stitch up later — rules of the house.”

After the explanation, The Rock said, “Now, back to work” and returned to his workout.

The Rock recently inducted the former WWE star who is currently signed to Impact Wrestling, Ken Shamrock into the Impact Wrestling Hall of Fame. He had mentioned how Shamrock helped him in his early days in the wrestling industry.
