English actor and the current Spider-Man Tom Holland, who had not been present in the cyber world, arrived back just to make some important announcements, revealing that he was going to take a break from all social media platforms to concentrate on his mental health.
The 26-old-year actor perceived that social media has become deleterious for his mental health and he also claims to have deleted the app.
“I have taken a break from social media for my mental health because I find Instagram and Twitter to be overstimulating, to be overwhelming. I get caught up and I spiral when I read things about me online, and ultimately, it’s very detrimental to my mental state. So I decided to take a step back and delete the app,” the 26-year-old said in a recent clip on Instagram. [H/T Popculture.com]
Aside from announcing his hiatus away from social media Holland also talked about Teenage Mental Health Charity Stem4Org. In the caption of his post, Holland wrote, “Stem4 is one of the many charities @thebrotherstrust is extremely proud to support – and I’d like to take a moment to shine a light on their fantastic work.”
Based in the UK, The Brothers Trust of Stem4Org, establish with aid from Holland, spreads awareness about the mental health of teenagers. It offers four mental health-boosting apps: Calm Harm, Clear Fear, Combined Minds, and Move Mood.
“Asking for help and seeking help isn’t something to be ashamed of, but it is something that is much easier said than done,” the actor further stated in the clip, “So hopefully, these apps can be your first step toward being happier and healthier.”
“So again, thank you for listening. I’m going to disappear from Instagram again. And to everyone out there, thanks for your love and support. I love you all, and I’ll speak to you soon,” he added.

Justin Bieber shows his support to Tom Holland
Canadian musician Justin Bieber praised Holland’s decision to take some time off from social media and on his post, commented “Love you man.”
Before taking a break from social media, previously on 1st July, Holland shared a photo of himself on Instagram, in which he was wearing his latest Brothers Trust T-shirts. Additionally, to promote his latest movies and fashion campaign, Holland often left comments on Zendaya’s post by using his account and showed support for the American actress.
In June, the couple was exposed to have a pregnancy rumor, probably which put Holland off from social media. Also the ‘Smallfoot’ actress posted in response to the false rumor “See now, this is why I stay off Twitter. Just making stuff up for no reason … weekly.”
