NBA Week 11 Mar 1 results: Scores, standings, match summary and highlights

The first matchday of Week 11 of the 2020-21 NBA season has concluded and it’s time to take a look back at the scores and highlights of the matches and standings of the teams.

76ers 130 – 114 Pacers

Philadelphia 76ers boosted ahead in Q and Q3 as Indiana Pacers failed to catch up to the hosts at the Wells Fargo Center.

Shake Milton topped the sixers scoring with 26, followed by Joel Embiid at 24 points and 13 rebounds.

Magic 124 – 128 Mavericks

Another stunning 30-point performance from Luka Dončić powered Dallas Mavericks to reign over Orlando Magic at the Amway Center.

Dončić finished with 33 points and 10 rebounds, while Kristaps Porziņģis posted the second double-double for the visitors. Jalen Brunson scored 24.

Bulls 112 – 118 Nuggets

An early lead, added with a brilliant scoring spree from Nikola Jokić paddled Denver Nuggets to thrash Chicago Bulls at the United Center.

Jokić clocked 39 points, 14 rebounds and 9 assists, along with 17 points and 15 rebounds coming from Michael Porter Jr. Jamal Murray scored 24.

Pelicans 129 – 124 Jazz

The Zion Williamson-Brandon Ingram duo clicks again as New Orleans Pelicans handed a major upset to Utah Jazz at the Smoothie King Center.

Williamson and Ingram both tied at 26 points, with the former adding 10 rebounds. Lonzo Ball scored 23, while Steven Adams posted 11 rebounds.

Spurs 113 – 124 Nets

James Harden’s triple-double game boosts Brooklyn Nets once again as the visitors battered San Antonio Spurs in OT at the AT&T Center.

Harden finished the night with 30 points, 14 rebounds and 15 assists, added with Kyrie Irving’s score of 27. Bruce Brown Jr scored 24, as the double-doubles from DeMar DeRozan and Jakob Poeltl had no impact for the hosts at the end.

Rockets 90 – 101 Cavaliers

After a neck to neck first half, Cleveland Cavaliers pulled away in the second to register their 14th win against Houston Rockets at the Toyota Center.

Collin Sexton shined with a score of 39, followed up with 10 points and 15 rebounds from Jarrett Allen.

Trail Blazers 123 – 111 Hornets

Portland Trail Blazers had three double-doubles along with Carmelo Anthony’s stunning performance to hold back Charlotte Hornets at the Moda Center.

Anthony scored 29, followed by Damian Lillard’s 23 points and 10 assists. Enes Kanter posted 11 points and rebounds each, while Robert Covington finished with 10 rebounds for a score of 21.
