Khamzat Chimaev: Next fight, Where is he from, height, MMA record, net worth

UFC newcomer Khamzat Chimaev has put the entire welterweight division in just ten-days of his arrival. The Dagestani fighter based in Sweden made his debut at UFC on ESPN 13 against John Phillips and battered him into submission in the second round.

His last fight came 10-days later into his UFC debut against Rhys McKee at UFC on ESPN 14 and he battered the Irish newcomer and knocked him out in the first round.

The UFC newcomer is already 2-0 in the UFC in less than two weeks of being with the UFC. Prior to signing with the UFC, he was signed to Bahranian promotion BRAVE CF. There he compiled a record of 4-0 in less than a year of being signed with the promotion.

He has a professional record of 8-0 and all of his wins have come via stoppages inside two-rounds.

Khamzat Chimaev’s next fight

Khamzat Chimaev will be fighting again on August 15 at UFC 252. He will be fighting on the undercard of Stipe Miocic and Daniel Cormier.

Even UFC president Dana White said Kevin Iole of Yahoo Sports in an interview that he will be booking Chimaev for the UFC 252 card.

Kevin tweeted “ Just spoke to @danawhite and he said @KChimaev “is special” and wants to fight again on Aug. 15 at UFC 252. He said he’ll make that happen.”
