Serra will take up the position of head of chassis performance engineering at Ferrari. His expertise in vehicle dynamics, aerodynamics, and overall chassis development will be invaluable as the team aims for excellence.
Jerome d’Ambrosio, a seasoned driver and team principal, brings a wealth of experience to the team. He previously served as Toto Wolff’s effective deputy at Mercedes, contributing to the team’s success.
At Ferrari, d’Ambrosio will assume the role of deputy team principal under Fred Vasseur. His responsibilities extend beyond the track—d’Ambrosio will also oversee the Driver Academy, nurturing young talent for the future.
