Popular musician Taylor Swift watched her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, win the SuperBowl LXVIII after defeating the San Francisco 49ers in the OT. Swift had a stunning view of the game but that came at a massive expense. It’s worth noting that the cost of the Super Bowl and its VIP suites has been in the buzz over the last few weeks. The VIPs acquired Super Bowl seats in ultra-premium suites by the 50-yard line at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, which cost as much as $1 million.
Taylor Swift spotted in the $1 million suite
Taylor Swift recently returned from a concert in Tokyo and showed up to the Super Bowl on February 11. As it seems it was a worthwhile experience with each suite having multiple luxury seats to watch the game from an open-air balcony. There was also additional indoor seating, as well as unlimited luxury food and drink options.
Taylor Swift was spotted speaking with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell inside her suite at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas just before kickoff between the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers. A clip of their conversation also shows Swift’s mother, Andrea Swift, inside the suite. Swift’s father, Scott Swift, was also seen in the suite on Sunday.
She was also joined by her friends, rapper Ice Spice and actress Blake Lively. Swift’s friend Ashley Avignone and Donna Kelce were also by Swift.
Travis Kelce opens up on spending money on the seats
As it seems, athletes who are playing in the game are not entitled to automatic access to complimentary seating. Ahead of the game, Kelce opened up on how much money he spent to get his loved ones seats. During his New Heights podcast, he said, “I’m not really doing much different other than just counting how much money I’m spending on this damn Super Bowl for family and friends to come. Just making sure I’m on top of those finances and losing all this money.”
