The social media platform Tumblr has presented its own list of top pro-wrestlers in the year 2020, and Roman Reigns is at the top of the list.

In addition to Roman reigning (pun intended) at top of the list, “The Man” Becky Lynch, who recently became a mother, is at the second position. The list includes AEW Champion Kenny Omega and Charlotte Flair amongst others.

REIGNS’ HEEL TERN HAS BEEN APPRECIATED BY AUDIENCE AND ANALYSTS ALIKE
Reigns returned at SummerSlam on August 23, attacking ‘The Fiend’ Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman after their main event match for the Universal Championship. On the following SmackDown, Reigns aligned himself with his new manager, Paul Heyman, turning heel for the first time since 2014. At Payback, Reigns won a triple threat match over Wyatt and Strowman to win the Universal Championship for the second time.
Since then, the Universal Champion has been a revelation in the promotion, with his rivalry with cousin and childhood companion Jey Uso being highly acclaimed from start to finish. after attacking his cousin Jey Uso on the September 25 episode of SmackDown, he retained the title against Jey Uso after Jimmy Uso threw in the towel. Later, when Jey did not acknowledge him as ‘The Tribal Chief’, he went on to give Jey another title shot at Hell in a Cell with “the highest stakes of any match in WWE history.”
The match, later revealed to be the first ever I Quit match within Hell In A Cell, ended Reigns made Jey quit after attacking the injured Jimmy, thus retaining his title. The heel turn has certainly been more critically acclaimed by fans and analysts than his face run.
