Vikings defeated Lions 37-25 with Kirk Cousins clocking 405 passing yards and three touchdown passes.
Tom Brady powered Buccaneers to a 44-27 thrashing of Falcons while passing for 399 yards including four passing touchdowns.
Patriots handed Jets their 14th defeat of the season with a 28-14 scoreline. Cam Newton passed for three touchdowns.
Bills dominated Dolphins 56-26 with double rushing touchdowns from Antonio Williams. Josh Allen clocked three passing TDs and one interception.
Browns shocked Steelers 24-22 to earn an NFL playoff berth since 2002. Both Nick Chubb and Jarvis Landry rushed for one touchdown each while Baker Mayfield passed for one.
Giants outflanked Cowboys 23-19 with 229 passing yards and two passing touchdowns from Daniel Jones.
Bengals succumbed to a 38-3 disappointment at the hands of Ravens. J. K. Dobbins landed two rushing touchdowns while Lamar Jackson passed for three with an interception.
Colts trounced Jaguars 28-14 with one passing touchdown and interception from Philip Rivers. Jaguars fired their head coach Doug Marrone.
Titans edged out Texans 41-38 with Ryan Tannehill rushing for two touchdowns and passing for one. Derrick Henry clocked two rushing TDs as well.
Rams toppled Cardinals 18-7 with John Wolford passing for 231 yards with one interception.
Drew Brees passed for three touchdowns in Saints‘ 33-7 domination of Panthers. Taysom Hill rushed for a TD.
Packers won 35-16 against Bears with Aaron Rodgers setting a new franchise record, in addition to four passing TDs.
Chargers surprised Chiefs 38-21. Justin Herbert clocked 302 passing yards with three passing touchdowns.
Seahawks brushed off 49ers 26-23 with double touchdown passes from Russell Wilson.
Raiders earned a close 32-31 victory over Broncos with two passing touchdowns and interceptions from Derek Carr.
Washington upset Eagles 20-14. Alex Smith landed double touchdown passes and same no of interceptions for 162 yards.
