NBA Week 14 Mar 27 Results: Scores, standings, match summary and highlights

The sixth matchday of Week 14 of the 2020-21 NBA season has concluded and it’s time to take a look back at the scores and highlights of the matches and standings of the teams.

Timberwolves 107 – 129 Rockets

Houston Rockets avenged their yesterday’s loss against Minnesota Timberwolves, displaying a staggering first half scoring spree at the Target Center.

Kevin Porter Jr posted 25 points, while John Wall scored 13 points with 12 assists. Both Sterling Brown and Kelly Olynyk scored 16 each.

Bucks 96 – 102 Knicks

A Giannis-less Milwaukee Bucks were handed an utter surprise by the New York Knicks at the Fiserv Forum.

Alec Burks clocked 10 rebounds for 21 points, tying the score with RJ Barrett. Nerlens Noel posted 11 rebounds.

Wizards 106 – 92 Pistons

Washington Wizards banked on another Russell Westbrook stunner as the hosts thrashed Detroit Pistons at the Capital One Arena.

Westbrook posted 19 points, 19 rebounds and 10 assists, while Bradley Beal, who exited the game with right hip contusion, scored 17.

Spurs 120 – 104 Bulls

A quick first half lead helped San Antonio Spurs over Chicago Bulls, who made an attempt to catch up in the final quarter but the hosts carried away with a win at the AT&T Center.

Jakob Poeltl led the hosts with 20 points, along with DeMar DeRozan scoring 17.

Pelicans 113 – 103 Mavericks

After a neck to neck first half, New Orleans Pelicans pulled away with a Q4 scoring spree to defeat Dallas Mavericks at the Smoothie King Center.

Zion Williamson landed a brilliant score of 38, followed by 20 points from Nickeil Alexander-Walker.

Thunder 94 – 111 Celtics

Boston Celtics broke away in the final quarter of the clash against Oklahoma City Thunder to pick up their 23rd win of this NBA season at the Chesapeake Energy Arena.

Jayson Tatum landed 27 points, two more than Jaylen Brown. Robert Williams posted 14 rebounds for 9 points.

Jazz 126 – 110 Grizzlies

Another 30-point performance from Donovan Mitchell paddled Utah Jazz to a win over Memphis Grizzlies at the Vivint Smart Home Arena.

Mitchell posted 35 points, along with Rudy Gobert scoring 16 points and 14 rebounds. Jordan Clarkson posted 28 points.

Clippers 122 – 112 76ers

The clash between the two conference heavyweights went in favour of the Los Angeles Clippers as they trounced Philadelphia 76ers at the Staples Center.

Kawhi Leonard scored 28, added with 24 points from Paul George. Sixers were topped by Tobias Harris’ 29 points.

Kings 100 – 98 Cavaliers

Sacramento Kings edged out a struggling Cleveland Cavaliers in Q4 at the Golden 1 Center.

The in-form De’Aaron Fox shined with 36 points, while both Richaun Holmes and Harrison Barnes posted double-doubles.
