Cavaliers 112-96 Rockets

Houston Rockets’ losing run extended to nine games following a comprehensive loss against Cleveland Cavaliers. Despite an inspired run in the second quarter which helped the Rockets attain a slender 2 point lead, they were outclassed in the second half.

Pelicans 128-118 Pistons

Thunder 102- Spurs 99

Dejounte Murray led the scoring for the away side with 27 points as Spurs retain their place in the top half of the table.

Heat 116-108 Raptors

Miami Heat are gathering serious momentum at the moment following their fourth successive win. Jimmy Butler missed out on a triple-double by 2 rebounds, but his 17 points and 10 assists were enough for the win.

This result takes them level with two other franchises on the table near the playoff cut off spot. Fred VanVleet and Kyle Lowry top scored for the Raptors with 24 points.

Bulls 133-126 Timberwolves

Chicago Bulls and Minnesota Timberwolves required overtime to settle their scores after regulation time failed to separate the two sides.

Zach LaVine scored 35 points at the United Center to give Bulls their third consecutive win that takes them to the sixth spot in the table.

Suns 121-Hornets 124

A topsy turvy contest at the Talking Stick Arena ended in favour of the Charlotte Hornets with 23-year-old Malik Monk registering 29 points.

Jazz 114-89 Lakers
