After two back to back defeats, Miami Heat are now back in the fight as they register their first win of the 2020 NBA Finals, defeating Los Angeles Lakers 115-104 at the AdventHealth Arena. They now trail the series 2-1.
Jimmy Butler powers Heat to NBA Finals Game 3 victory
Heat forward Jimmy Butler was the highest scorer of the night with scoring 40 points, which included 11 rebounds and 13 assists. Jae Crowder followed suit with 8 rebounds and one assist, totalling 12 points.

However, Goran Dragic and Bam Adebayo have now missed their second Finals match since their injury in the first game.
Lakers icon LeBron James secured 25 points, with 11 rebounds and 13 assists, while having 5 rebounds and 3 assists, forward Anthony Davis tote up to 15 points.
Heat coach Erik Spoelstra shed praise over the heroics of Jimmy Butler after the match, “He put his imprint on every important part of the game.”
The forward was also lauded by LeBron, who hailed Butler as “One of the best competitors we have in our game.”
Having closed the gap in the series, Heat will attempt to make it two-all, while LAL will strive to increase the lead as the face each other next in Game 4 as the NBA Finals returns to Orlando on 7th October.
