After declaring he possessed “ruthless aggression”, he lost by a pinning combination. After the match, he was congratulated by Billy Kidman, Faarooq, Rikishi, and The Undertaker.

With Vince McMahon having called for ‘Ruthless Aggression’ three days before at Raw, Cena’s debut marked the arrival of a new Ruthless Aggression era in WWE.

Angle Answered More Questions

Angle was asked a multitude of other questions as well. When asked to name a dream opponent from the current AEW roster, Angle said: “Rusev. Do I need to explain why? Olympic Hero vs The Bulgarian Brute. He’s an exceptional Performer.”

On the question of his favourite movie, he answered: “Vision Quest. All-time favorite movie. That’s where I got the theme song I used in TNA.”

He revealed his wish to have wrestled alongside Puroresu legend Kenta Kobashi. “Of course, I would have loved to work with Kobashi. He’s one of the best. Moonsault vs Moonsault. Would have been fun!”

Angle also put over Kane and The Undertaker. “Kane and Undertaker were the two best in-ring performers I’ve ever wrestled. It was easy to wrestle them and that doesn’t happen very often with a big guy.”

About the most fun part of being a pro-wrestler, he said: “The best part is the fans. I love the support they give. That’s why we do what we do. It’s fun traveling the world too.”
