Karen Q, former Mae Young Classic tournament participant went on to Twitter to announce her engagement with independent pro wrestler, Bison.
She posted her photo with her longtime boyfriend and the caption read, “I love you @BisonUnbranded ?? Can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you! 2020:Engaged”

Karen Q has worked in independent circuit for a long time prior her debut in WWE. She has worked in other promotions such as Impact Wrestling and Ring of Honor (ROH).
Karen Q made her debut in WWE Mae Young Classic tournament in 2018. She was defeated by Xia in the first round. She also faced Rachael Evers during the Mae Young Classic tapings but lost to her as well.
In 2019, she announced on Twitter that she had signed a contract with WWE. She made her NXT debut in a house show. Along with sister Lacey Lane, faced the team of Aliyah & Vanessa Borne in a tag team bout but unfortunately lost.
Eventually, made her singles debut against Lacey Lane that she lost again. Later, teaming with Rachael Evers, defeated by the team of Jessie Elaban & Kairi Sane.
She had suffered a broken leg injury during a NXT live event and released a video on Twitter to provide updates on her injury.
