Joe Joyce shreds off body fat, achieves ripped physique as he gets “War Ready”

During his Wallisch bout, Joyce was noticed to have put on some body fat. However, Joyce has put himself through rigoruos training and a proper cutting programme in the past four months.

As a result, Joyce now has significantly reduced his body fat and has achieved good muscle definitions before he takes on his fellow British pugilist next week. The boxer shared a photo of his current physique on Twitter, with the caption “War Ready!”

Yea definitely: Joe Joyce aims future vacant WBO belt

Speaking on Queensberry Promotions’ YouTube channel, Joyce expressed his desire to clinch the WBO heavyweight belt in case Anthony Joshua vacates it and is willing to take on mandatory contender Oleksandr Usyk.

“Yea definitely. It’s a big rematch ain’t it,” Joyce told Queensberry’s Dev Sahni, “He’s (Usyk) a skillful fighter, good head movement, footwork, and that would be a difficult fight. He’s southpaw as well… And yea, it would be a fun fight. I enjoyed the last one, even though I was really amateur and bait.”
