Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch are two of the most talented stars of WWE, sitting at the top-tier of the women’s division. They are ruling the women’s division in the respective brands- Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown. ‘The Queen’ is currently the WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion, while ‘Big Time Becks’ is the WWE RAW Women’s Champion, a title which she never lost in the first place. Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch shared a great bond in the past, being the best friends but their friendship has apparently turned somewhat bitter and they have shown some animosity in recent weeks.
The bad blood between Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch:
Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch’s friendship has seemingly turned into enmity. There is no doubt that both the stars have tasted success in Vince McMahon’s company and that might have played a major role which has boiled down to the battle of egos.

Recent few weeks have seen a controversy sparked between Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch, when an on-screen unscripted tiff was observed between the two stars. During the 2021 WWE Draft Becky Lynch was drafted to Monday Night RAW while Charlotte Flair moved to SmackDown.
It was announced by WWE that they would exchange their respective championships. At Crown Jewel, Lynch defended the SmackDown Women’s Title in a three-way match against both Bianca Belair and Sasha Banks.
The ‘title exchange’ segment saw Flair dropping the title before Lynch could hold it and this which showed some real ‘heat’ between the stars.
Fightful had reported that the original script involved Lynch grabbing and taking the title away from Charlotte Flair and bragging about being “Becky Two Belts” before Sonya Deville could intervene.
Apparently, Deville would’ve ordered Lynch to hand her title to Flair. But the report suggests that Flair didn’t agree to this and was even explicitly told to stay on course.The hostility sparked between the two as Charlotte made “Becky Lynch look bad” by throwing down the title when it wasn’t called for in the script.

Charlotte proposed that they should fight in a winner takes all match right away to determine who is truly the best among the two of them. Before Lynch could answer, Sasha Banks’ music hit, and she came out to the ring to challenge The Queen as she became the new SmackDown women’s champion.

The backstage reports further stated that ‘The Queen’ and ‘The Man’ had a physical altercation backstage following the segment. This also caused Flair to be directed to leave the arena.
What Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch have achieved in WWE?
Charlotte Flair has been able to carry on the legacy cemented by his father, WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair. Charlotte is the fourth Women’s Grand Slam Champion, having held the SmackDown Women’s Championship 6 times, NXT Women’s Championship 2 times, Divas Championship 1 time, Raw Women’s Championship 6 times, Women’s Tag Team Championship with Asuka.
While Becky Lynch has won Raw Women’s Championship 2 times, SmackDown Women’s Championship 4 times and she also won the Women’s Royal Rumble in 2019 eliminating Flair and went on to the main-event WrestleMania 35 together alongside Ronda Rousey.
Their real-life chemistry also helped them become two of the biggest stars in the company with their rivalry back in 2018 which culminated when Lynch came out on top in a Last Woman Standing Match at Evolution, for which they also won Match of the Year.
Flair and Lynch famously called as Thelma and Louise, might have a strained relationship as it seems now but we would certainly want them to mend things between them.
