Week 2 of the 2020-21 NBA season has concluded and its time to take a look back at the scores and highlights of the matches and standings of all teams.

Monday, 28th December

Hawks clinched their third straight win by defeating Pistons 128-120. Trae Young secured 29 points, 3 rebounds and 6 assists.

Grizzlies finally saw the face of victory, defeating Nets 116-111 with Kyle Anderson scoring 28 points, along with 7 rebounds and 3 assists.

Mike Conley landed 20 points, 10 rebounds and 9 assists as Jazz edged out Thunder 110-109.

James Harden’s 34 points couldn’t save the day for Rockets as Nuggets thrashed them 124-111, with Nikola Jokic scoring 19 points, 12 rebounds and 18 assists.

Trail Blazers upset Lakers 115-107 with Damian Lillard scoring 31 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists.

Tuesday, 29th December

Knicks handed Cavaliers their first defeat of the season, thrashing them 95-86. Julius Randle scored 28 points with 12 rebounds and 11 assists.

Stephen Curry’s 31 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists helped Warriors defeat Pistons 116-106.

Celtics earned their 2nd victory by defeating Pacers 116-111. Jayson Tatum landed 27 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists.

76ers outpaced Raptors 100-93 as Joel Embiid secured 29 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists.

Zach LaVine led Bulls to their 115-107 win against Wizards with 23 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists.

Bucks dominated Heat 144-97, with 24 points, 3 rebounds and 7 assists coming from Jrue Holiday.

Magic stretched to 4th win after defeating Thunder 118-107. Nikola Vucevic scored 28 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists.

Jaylen Brown secured a staggering 42 points for Celtics as they hammered Grizzlies 126-107.

Nets earned a close 145-141 win against Hawks. Kevin Durant landed 33 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists.

Bam Adebayo’s 22 points, 8 rebounds and 10 assists earned Heat their 119-108 victory over Bucks, despite Giannis scoring 26.

Hornets outmatched Mavericks 118-99, with 20 points, 16 rebounds and 2 assists coming from Miles Bridges.

LeBron James drove Lakers to a 121-107 thwart of Spurs while scoring 26 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists.

Fred VanVleet led Raptors to their 100-83 win over Knicks with securing 25 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists.

Pelicans handed Thunder a 113-80 defeat as Lonzo Ball clocked 16 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists.

25 points, 3 rebounds and 7 assists from Devin Booker earned Suns a 106-95 win over Jazz.

Friday, 1st January

Grizzlies thrashed Hornets 108-93 as Kyle Anderson landed 18 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists.

Pistons edged out Celtics 96-93 to secure their first victory with Jerami Grant scoring 24 points and 4 rebounds.

Luka Doncic secured 27 points, 15 rebounds and 7 assists as Mavericks outran Heat 93-83.

Hawks got the better of Nets with a 114-96 victory. Trae Young clocked 21 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists.

Giannis’ 29 points, 12 rebounds and 8 assists powered Bucks to a 126-96 win against Bulls.
