Bayern Munich left no stone upturned in today’s unbelievable dominance over FC Barcelona in the 10 goal thriller in the UEFA Champions League quarter finals at the Estádio da Luz. The Bundesliga champions thrashed the Catalans in an 8-2 humiliation, that has sent fans in a frenzy all over Twitter.
A match that was supposed to be a neck to beck fight between two elites of European football, ended up as a horror story for Quique Setién and his squad. With sheer overpower through both halves of the match, Bayern decimated the Barca defense as they put a staggering eight goals past Ter Stegen into the net, while only conceding two.
