Ronda Rousey, ther UFC Hall of Famer and former WWE star made a surprising announcement recently. She announced the news of her pregnancy. She revealed that she is set to become a mother and expecting her first child with husband Travis Browne.
Ronda Rousey shared a video to make the announcement
Ronda Rousey has been away from in-ring action since WrestleMania 35 and fans had been waiting for her return. There has been many instances where her return was teased but now we know why the former UFC star has not made her comeback.
The couple took to Ronda Rousey’s YouTube channel and made the special announcement. The former WWE Raw Women’s Champion then revealed that she has been pregnant since January and she is now four months pregnant.
She said:
“I’ve been pregnant since January. So, four months. Baby bump, I can’t hide it anymore. So, it’s time to show it off. And, just wanted to share with you guys a little bit of the journey we’ve been on. And there’s definitely much more to the story that we’ll be telling later.”
The couple also shared some videos of their journey over the last few months. The heartwarming video concluded with Ronda Rousey claiming that the “baddest baby on the planet” will be arriving in September.
She said: “Baddest baby on the planet. Coming to you soon. September 22nd.”

Ronda Rousey’s journey in WWE
Ronda Rousey made her first appearance for WWE at WrestleMania 31 as she had confronted Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. At WWE Royal Rumble 2018, the Baddest Woman on the Planet made her long-awaited inside the squared circle.
She had WrestleMania debut at WrestleMania 34 as she joined forces with Kurt Angle and defeat the team of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. Later that year, Rousey was also able to capture the RAW Women’s Championship as she dethroned Alexa Bliss at SummerSlam. She had her last match at WrestleMania 35 back in 2019, where she faced Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch with the title on the line. She lost the title to Lynch after the historic women’s triple threat match main event.
