NBA Week 15 April 4 Results: Scores, standings, match summary and highlights

The seventh matchday of Week 15 of the 2020-21 NBA season has concluded and it’s time to take a look back at the scores and highlights of the matches and standings of the teams.

Bulls 115 – 107 Nets

Without James Harden and Kevin Durant in their ranks, Brooklyn Nets were defeated by the Chicago Bulls at the United Center.

Zach LaVine posted 25 points, while Nikola Vucevic added 22 points and 13 rebounds. Tomáš Satoranský scored 19 points with 11 assists.

Clippers 104 – 86 Lakers

The Hallway Series on Sunday went in favour of Los Angeles Clippers who outright thrashed the LeBron James-less Los Angeles Lakers at the Staples Center.

Marcus Morris Sr. scored 22, followed by Kawhi Leonard landing 19 points 10 rebounds and 8 assists. Montrezl Harrell topped the Lakers scoreboard with 19.

Celtics 116 – 86 Hornets

A brilliant second and third quarter scoring spree powered Boston Celtics to trounce Charlotte Hornets at the TD Garden.

Jayson Tatum topped the hosts with 22 points and 8 rebounds, while Jaylen Brown added in 17 points.

76ers 100 – 116 Grizzlies

A staggering 45-point third quarter helped Memphis Grizzlies to pull a win over Philadelphia 76ers at the Wells Fargo Center.

Dillon Brooks scored 17, while Jonas Valančiūnas posted 16 points and 12 rebounds. Ja Morant landed 10 assists for 8 points, while the hosts were led by Tobias Harris’ 21 points.

Hawks 117 – 111 Warriors

Donning his custom sneakers, Steph Curry returned with a stunning 37-point performance but that wasn’t enough for Golden State Warriors as Atlanta Hawks outflanked the visitors at the State Farm Arena.

Clint Capela landed 24 points and 18 rebounds, while Danilo Gallinari scored 25 ponts off the bench along with 10 rebounds.

Rockets 115 – 122 Pelicans

New Orleans Pelicans cruised to their 22nd win of this NBA season with a comfortable victory over the struggling Houston Rockets at the Toyota Center.

Lonzo Ball scored 27 points along with 9 assists. 15 points and 12 rebounds were contributed by Willy Hernangómez, while Steven Adams scored 12 points and 11 rebounds.

Nuggets 119 – 109 Magic

Despite falling behind in the first half, Denver Nuggets blasted ahead in the second half to thrash Orlando Magic at the Ball Arena.

Aaron Gordon topped the hosts scoring with 24 points, followed by Jamal Murray’s 22. Michael Porter Jr. posted 20 points and 12 rebounds, along with Nikola Jokić landing 17 points, 9 rebounds and 16 assists.
