The first matchday of Week 10 of the 2020-21 NBA season has concluded and it’s time to take a look back at the scores and highlights of the matches and standings of the teams.

Rockets 100 – 120 Bulls

Houston Rockets fell to their eighth consecutive defeat as Chicago Bulls dominated them at the Toyota Center.

Coby White led the visitors with 24 points and 10 rebounds, along with Wendell Carter Jr who clocked 13 rebounds for 18 points. Zach LaVine scored 21.

Mavericks 102 – 92 Grizzlies

An early first-half lead kept Dallas Mavericks out of the range of Memphis Grizzlies as the hosts stole away a win at the American Airlines Center.

Tim Hardaway Jr came off the bench to land 29 points for the Mavs, while Luka Dončić finished with a score of 21.

Suns 132 – 100 Trail Blazers

Devin Booker landed another screamer-worthy performance as Phoenix Suns battered Portland Trail Blazers at the Talking Stick Resort Arena.

Booker scored 34, while Deandre Ayton landed 19 points along with Chris Paul posting 9 assists.

Thunder 94 – 108 Heat

Miami Heat finished their road trip with a victory over Oklahoma City Thunder at the Chesapeake Energy Arena.

Duncan Robinson topped the visitors scoring with 22 points, while Bam Adebayo posted a double-double with 19 points and 13 rebounds. Kendrick Nunn scored 20.

Jazz 132 – 110 Hornets

Utah Jazz made a new NBA record with clocking fastest 500 threes in one season on the course of their thrashing of Charlotte Hornets at the Vivint Smart Home Arena.

Donovan Mitchell posted 23 points, followed by Joe Ingles, Georges Niang, and Jordan Clarkson scoring 21, 21, and 20 respectively.

Lakers 124 – 127 Wizards

Los Angeles Lakers were handed a shocking overtime defeat at the hands of the Washington Wizards who picked up their fifth straight win at the Staples Center.

The dependable Bradley Beal shined with 33 points, plus Russell Westbrook who posted 14 rebounds for 32 points, negating LeBron James and Kyle Kuzma’s double doubles.

NBA postponed the San Antonio Spurs vs Indiana Pacers match.
