Jericho terms Omega “best in the world”, Omega replies

Former All Elite Wrestling (AEW) World Heavyweight Champion Chris Jericho has showered praise on the current holder of the Championship, Kenny Omega.

JERICHO SHOWERED HEAVY PRAISE UPON KENNY OMEGA

The Canadian professional wrestler is currently a villainous triple world championship. Not only does hold the AEW World Heavyweight Championship, but also the AAA Mega Championship, and the Impact World Championship. He is in his first reign with each of the World Championships.

He is a divisive professional wrestler, with an equal number of fans and critics amongst the internet professional wrestling community. However, he has found an unlikely praiser in former Champion Chris Jericho, who himself is unanimously considered as one of the finest professional wrestlers of all time and a complete package.

In a tweet, Jericho explained that Omega is currently the best professional wrestler in the entire planet. While there may be different opinions on his professional wrestling style and persona, but he believes that “The Cleaner” is definitely the best, a realisation that comes from sharing the ring with every current professional wrestler considered amongst the best.

He also mentioned AEW World Heavyweight Championship as the most protected Championship in the world.

“In my opinion @KennyOmegamanX is the best wrestler in the world today. Others may feel differently, but I’ve been in the ring w everybody currently working on top & there’s nobody close. Thats why Kenny is @AEW Champ-the most protected title in the biz. It’s Impossible to argue,” Jericho tweeted.

HE CAME UP WITH A WORKED REPLY

Omega came up with a worked tweet as a reply: “Meh. I’d rather believe the bigot cuck, dimwit e-drones, and the guy that thinks I’m the WWE champion,” he stated.

HIS RUN WITH NJPW IS HIS MOST SUCCESSFUL YET

Even with all of his current success, he is best known for his tenure in New Japan Pro-Wrestling, during which he held the IWGP Heavyweight Championship and the IWGP Intercontinental Championship among other titles, and was the inaugural IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion. Also known for his video games-inspired persona, he was a member of the Bullet Club stable, later serving as the group’s leader. Omega also became the first and only non-Japanese professional wrestler to win the G1 Climax, the promotion’s premier tournament.
