The wrestler-turned actor John Cena is one of the most active stars on the social media platforms John like Twitter and Instagram. He often posts pictures without explanation on his Instagram account and as his bio reads, he wants his fans to do the interpretaion.

John Cena has been away from WWE since his match at WrestleMania 36 last year, where he lost to “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt in the cinematic-style Firefly Funhouse match. Though he recently made an appearance in a promotional video in which WWE announced WrestleMania 38 and 39, he is yet to make an in-ring return.

Fans have been talking over his return since he made an Instagram post. He recently took to his Instagram account and posted an image of WWE’s logo. WWE on FOX’s Twitter account also reacted to John Cena’s cryptic Instagram post.

John Cena is returning to accept Karrion Kross’ challenge?

NXT Champion Karrion Kross has recently expressed his desire to face John Cena. One of the fans had tweeted that Karrion Kross should be the one to retire the 16-time World Champion while the NXT Champion had replied that he would be honored to do so. During a recent interview with BT Sport, Karrion Kross also talked about a potential match with Cena.

He said: “I think John Cena would probably be the match that I would most likely be interested in for the immediate future. I think having the opportunity to work with John Cena on a really big stage, hopefully with people, would be awesome, and I think it’s two different generations meeting.”

He lauded Cena for his hard work over the years and said he has inspired many. He believes Cena is the reason many stars have their job now.

He said:

I attribute a lot of my modern-day inspiration to his generation. I’ve never met him before, but it’s very easy to see, very easy to tell he’s one of the hardest working people ever in this industry. He’s the reason why a lot of us have a job today. Personally, it would just be an honor to work with him.

It is to bee seen if the former 16-time WWE Champion makes his way back into the company.
