WATCH: HBO Releases First Footage Of ‘The Last Of Us’ Featuring Pedro Pascal, Bella Ramsey

The first official look at The Last of Us TV adaptation starring Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey is now out in the untamed civility of a new HBO mishmash trailer proceeding through their listing of continuing or soon-to-drop series.

The inception of the Game of Thrones stars in the HBO series which is based on the very popular video game series has dropped. In concluding the video, we sight a few scenes of important characters as well as get confirmed that it would come to light next year which really very exciting.

Prominent stuff like Succession and Game of Thrones got enough time in the limelight in the meantime, whereas fans of the extremely popular Naughty Dog action-adventure game will be joining for a few seconds of priceless recent footage boasting the upcoming re-exploring of the Last of Us story.

The Last of Us takes place in the post-apocalyptic United States, vicennial following a fungal plague that devastated mankind. Joel is an indurated survivor who is hired to smuggle a 14-year-old girl, Ellie, out of their armed isolation zone under the doubtful situation. Apparently, this is an easy task which spirals into a dangerous odyssey across a crumbling America filled with murderer blocs and zombified deviants.

Additionally, the sneak peek footage shows a glance of Parks and Recreation veteran Nick Offerman as Bill who is a survivor living in a small, isolated town that Joel and Ellie come across. Also, it gives a look at the live-action cognizance of the spores, the pathogens which is the reason for the deadly transformation in the living beings. The voice actors Ashley Johnson and Troy Baker, who brought life to Ellie and Joel in the award-winning video games, are ready to play significant roles in the HBO series.

The cast is also broadened by Merle Dandridge, another video game voice-acting veteran who will repeat her game role as Marlene who is a leader of the Fireflies which is an opposition group against the militarization of the present regime.

Jeffrey Pierce, who voiced Joel’s younger brother Tommy in the video games, joins the show as a character named Perry, who seems to be recently created for the series. In live-action form in the show Terminator: Dark Fate Gabriel Luna will play Tommy presently.

Nico Parker as Joe’s daughter Sarah, Murray Bartlett as Frank, Anna Torv as Tess, Storm Reid as Riley, and more other characters from the games are included respectively.

It is confirmed by HBO that The Last of Us would be premiered on 2023.
