WWE Hall Of Famer Edge has made scathing remarks at former WWE Champion Seth Rollins, with whom he has shown hints of a rivalry.

EDGE AND SETH ROLLINS ARE SLOWLY BUILDING A RIVALRY

Since his surprise return at WWE SmackDown, “The Rated R Superstar” has engaged in a heated rivalry with WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. However, the latter’s former The Shield stablemate Rollins was already hinting a feud when Edge returned out of nowhere. With both eyeing SmackDown’s top men’s Championship, animosity is being built up between the duo.

“THE ULTIMATE OPPORTUNIST” TOOK HIS OPPORTUNITY TO BOTH MOCK AND ADVISE ROLLINS

A guest in the most recent episode of WWE Bump, Edge wasted no time to mock Rollins’ fashion sense, especially his bathrobe and sunglasses. “Well, you see I saw Seth Rollins on here a little while ago. And he had on a bathrobe and really bad sunglasses. So I thought I’ll get my girl’s minecraft shades, I’ll get my buffalo-plaid robe. I thought maybe it was required attire. Is that not the case?” Edge commented.

Speaking on Rollins’ comments on “The Ultimate Opportunist” getting yet another shot at the WWE Universal Championship, Edge mocked “The Messiah” by saying that he needed his baby bottle back because he whined too much. While he appreciated that Rollins had an opinion about his title opportunity, he would personally not sit at a talk show and ramble on such shallow topics. Instead of rambling, he would be out there, ready to receive his title shot and win the Championship. That, he believed, is the difference in his and Rollins’ mindsets.

While Edge would receive a title shot, all that the rambling would bring Rollins was mental satisfaction. He instead needed to reach out and do something to bring him closer to his goal. The veteran went on to note that Rollins had actually done something close to it, by securing a spot for himself at the men’s Money In The Bank match. Edge’s advise to Rollins would be for him to win the match and cash in to become the champion. He finished off his comment with a gentle mock indicating that he looked far better in robes than “The Messiah”.
