Daniel Bryan, the WWE star has dropped some major updates on his current stint with the company. He opened up on his status as a wrestler with WWE.

Daniel Bryan, the former WWE Intercontinental Champion discussed his stint at WWE during this week’s edition of Talking Smack following Friday Night SmackDown.

He is considering his current run to be the last one as a full-time performer. He does not have anything to prove anymore as a wrestler and it is evident how good of a wrestler he is. Bryan will try to put over the younger talents in the company.

“In my mind, this is my last run, this is my last run as a full-time WWE Superstar. It’s not really a scoop, I think you can feel it by even the way I approach things and my mentality as far as my view toward younger people and all that stuff.”

He added, “As I’m doing this last run it’s not like ‘I gotta prove to everybody that I’m the best.’ When I’m out there I’m proving things to myself and I want things better for the younger talent.”

It has been a decade since Daniel Bryan had arrived in WWE. He went onto become the most successful rookie of the debut season of NXT.

He is the first Rookie to have won any championship gold in WWE and also the World Championship. Often regarded as the “G.O.A.T.” (Greatest Of All Time), it is quite evident for Daniel Bryan to be addressed like that. He had major feuds with the top stars and icons of the company. He has held multiple Championships in the company.

It was at WrestleMania 30 when he did the miracle as he headlined the event, defeating Batista and Randy Orton to become the WWE World Champion. It also marked the long time feud with the Authority in 2014.

He made his in-ring return at WrestleMania 34 after his long-term battle with the neck injury and issues. Daniel Bryan is certainly a future Hall of Famer and is one of the greatest wrestlers in the wrestling business.
