For years, Canelo Alvarez has treated his massive fanbase with victories after victories, knockouts after knockouts. And now, the undisputed super middleweight champion of the world is ready to give his fans in the United States a different kind of treat, as Canelo along with his brother Ricardo Alvarez is set to bring their taco restaurant chain to the US for the first time.

Now, the Alvarez brothers are aiming to set up their first taqueria overseas, with the upcoming branch being set up in Chula Vista, Southern California.

Aside from the authentic Mexican tacos such as pastor, tongue, tripe, chorizo, suadero and campechano, the menu at El Pastor Del Rica will also feature quesadillas as well as various naturally flavored fresh waters.

“We are going to bring what is the true Mexican taco,” said Ricardo to Telemundo 20, “The fresh waters are unique. There all the drinks are from machines. You should know that all of us in our family have dedicated ourselves to the paleterías of La Michoacana.”
