On this week’s AEW Dynamite: Blood and Guts, Tony Schiavone made an announcement regarding the AEW World Championship. Kenny Omega was featured in the segment alongside MT Nakazawa.

Omega had come out with the AEW World Title belt strapped to his waist. However the rest of his titles – the AAA Mega Championship, Impact World Championship and TNA World Championship – were carried by MT Nakazawa.

Now, Bully Ray who is a former two-time TNA World Champion expressed his distaste towards The Sweeper as he felt Nakazawa carrying the Impact World title was a sign of disrespect to the title and the promotion.

He said that if he would have been part of the Impact Wrestling promotion, he would have been ‘fuming’ with the actions of the Champion.

He took to his Twitter account and wrote: “If Im management or owners of Impact Wrestling … I’d be fkn fuming that their World Hvywt. Championship was being carried out by Naka-nobody and not at least over the shoulder of Omega. Perception is reality. #AEWDynamite @BustedOpenRadio”

The Impact World Champion has not responded to what Bully Ray said. We will have to keep a look how Omega replies.

Kenny Omega and MT Nakazawa had opened the show

Kenny Omega and MT Nakazawa had kicked off this week’s Dynamite special: Blood and Guts. They teamed up to take on Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston in a tag-team bout. The match started off with a chaos as both the teams clashed. They eventually had a back and forth battle until Omega decided to walk off.

After a lariat/half and half combination maneuver on Nakazawa by Moxley and Kingston, they pinned him for the win.

Following the match, members of The Elite came out and brutally assaulted Moxley and Kingston. Kenny Omega would defend the AEW World title against the winner of the match between Orange Cassidy and Pac at AEW Double or Nothing pay-per-view.
