Paris Saint Germains’ Moroccan right back Achraf Hakimi’s ex-wife Hiba Abouk recently filed for divorce, asking half of the footballer’s fortune in the settlement, only to discover that she will get nothing.
Achraf Hakimi registered all of his assets under his mother’s name
Abouk, a Spanish actress, reportedly asked for half of Hakimi’s assets in the divorce settlement but will receive nothing as it is revealed that the footballer has nothing to his name and all his assets are registered reportedly in his mother Saida Mouh’s name.
Hakimi, who was a crucial figure in Morocco reaching the semifinals of the FIFA World Cup last year, registered the entirety of his €70 million fortune under Saida’s name, leaving Hiba with no legal claim to them.
Hakimi, who is one of the highest paid African footballers in the world and is said to earn more than $215,000 every week, has also allegedly made his mother a beneficiary to his salary.
The 24-year-old, who has spent two seasons at PSG, is currently facing preliminary charges of rape after accusations from a 24-year-old woman earlier this year.
Reports stated that the Madrid-born fullback allegedly paid for the accuser to travel to his home while Hiba and their children were out on holiday.
Abouk recently filed for divorce, only to be informed by the court that her millionaire husband is owning nothing- property, cars, houses, jewelry, or even clothes. The two had started dating back in 2018- when Hakimi was 18 and Abouk was 31.
