UFC 300 : Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz teases returns?

UFC 300 is just around the corner and the whole of of MMA community is buzzing with excitement. The fans have already started to speculate the main stars, and it’s no wonder that it’s none other than the Notorious Conor McGregor on their mind. Veteran fighter, Nate Diaz, who has faced Conor twice and holds a record of 1-1 against him, is the other big name in speculation. The fans are speculating about Conor vs Nate in a trilogy fight.

Conor Mcgregor’s “Camp” and Nate Diaz’s “Time”

Recently, Conor McGregor took to his Instagram to post a story of an octagon captioning it
“Champ Champ Camp” indicating he’s gonna fight in the upcoming months. Conor was slated to face Michael Chandler in UFC 296 but failed to send his sample to USADA, thus the bout was canceled. But it’s no surprise that Conor is fighting in the upcoming months and what stage other than the UFC 300 would be more deserving for the former double champ?

On the other hand, Nate Diaz took to his Instagram to post a picture captioned “It’s time”. Nate Diaz has been one of the biggest names in the sport and faced Conor twice, together bringing in some of the highest generated revenues in UFC. Nate has been vocal in the past over an improved paycheck for the Conor vs Nate trilogy to take place. Nate left UFC and fought Jake Paul in a boxing match as a free agent. Though he lost via decision, he put Jake in a guillotine. The MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills are alive and kicking in Nate.

The fans believe the UFC 300 would be the perfect place for Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz to complete their trilogy. They are hopeful of it ever since both of the fighters posted cryptic messages within hours of each other.

President Dana White had previously promised the fans that UFC 300 would have the most stacked fight card. Dana White has recently announced the first three major bouts via his Twitter. Former light heavyweight champion Jiri Prochazka faces Aleksandar Rakić and former bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling faces Calvin Kattar in a featherweight bout. Wrestling prodigy, Bo Nickal looks to defend his unbeaten 5-0 streak against Cody Brundage. The card looks already filled with stars but it’s nowhere close to being completed yet.

The main event and the co-main event are going to be announced in the upcoming months. But the fans have been speculating some of the other biggest names of the MMA community to make their returns including Jon Jones, Ronda Rousey, and many more.
