From Hoop to Ring: 76ers star Tobias Harris reveals heart-melting engagement to girlfriend Jamsine

Philadelphia 76ers’ forward Tobias Harris recently popped the question to his girlfriend with a proposal for the ages. Harris turned down no stone and went all-in for his beloved with candles, roses and more. 

The world got a peek of the moment between the two after the 28-year-old shared pictures of the proposal on Instagram. To make things even more heartwarming, the player put in a quote from Alan Watts which read, “Life exists only at this very moment, and in this moment it is infinite and eternal. For the present moment is infinitely small; before we can measure it, it has gone, and yet it persists forever.”

The images show the couple walking down the path laden with roses, the site of the proposal, Jasmine’s shock and the unquantifiable happiness that followed afterwards.

They also seemed to have enjoyed dinner under a fabulous canopy illuminated by a crystal chandelier to break the scale of romance.

Harris and Jasmine merge as one to revamp Relationship Goals

Jasmine has chosen to stay away from the hectic social media life with no tags being on the post which suggests she does not have a public Instagram account. However, that has not restrained the former Clippers star for professing his love for her.

On the occasion of Jasmine’s birthday, Harris had posted a special message on his account. “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!! my rock, my queen, my best friend I love you! I cherish every moment with you, God has blessed me abundantly by putting such an amazing person as yourself in my life. I hope you enjoy this special day love.” the post read.

Jasmine clearly has opted for a low profile unlike the other wives or girlfriends of the NBA stars. As a result, not many details have been divulged about her except the name.

With the measures taken by Harris for his love, several fans fear that he might have raised the bar a bit too high for the others.

 “Now I got a goal to be able to do what Tobias Harris did for this proposal, RIP my future wallet.” a fan commented
