Following a marriage spanning two and a half decades, Hollywood icon Sylvester Stallone and former model and current entrepreneur Jennifer Flavin are ready to separate.
Jennifer Flavin files for divorce just when Sylvester Stallone replaces her tattoo with Butkus
Last Friday in Florida business owner Jennifer Flavin filed for a divorce against actor Sylvester Stallone. She wants to stay in the couple’s home in Palm Beach, Florida in the middle of the ongoing divorce procedure, according to the documents acquired by TMZ and other press media. It is also believed by Flavin that her husband is having secret marital property.
She has accused her husband of moving assets from marital funds, and the allegations have come at the same time when Stallone replaced a tattoo of Flavin with the face of Butkus, the well known pitbull from the Rocky franchise. In real life, the dog was owned by Stallone and his family.
TMZ obtained court documents where Flavin says, “Upon information and belief, the Husband has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate. Pursuant to Section 61.075, Florida Statues, equity dictates that the Wife be compensated and made whole by receiving an unequal distribution of the marital assets in her favor. Moreover, the Husband should be enjoined from, selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering, or dissipating any assets during the pendency of proceedings.”Â
When the tattoo was replaced by Stallone, fans were guessing about the split of the couple. A representative of Stallone explained to the Daily Mail the reason of his covering up the tattoo of Flavin’s face.
“Mr. Stallone intended to refresh the tattoo image of his wife Jennifer however the results were unsatisfactory and, unfortunately, unfixable. As a result, he had to cover the original image with a tattoo of his dog from Rocky, Butkus. Mr. Stallone loves his family. The Stallones are presently filming a reality show together which will debut on Paramount+” the representative stated.
