Golden State Warriors guard Steph Curry is going to face the New York Liberty guard Sabrina Ionescu in the first-ever NBA vs WNBA 3-point challenge. Curry is the all-time 3-point leader in the NBA and Sabrina Ionescu is the single-season 3-point record holder in the WNBA.
The challenge will take place on Feb 17 at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indiana polis during the State Farm All-Star Saturday night. Curry is on a dream run of form and it is looking like Sabrina Ionescu has to outperform herself if she wants to defeat the NBA all-star guard.
After the Golden State Warriors vs Indiana Pacers match, Sabrina Ionescu went to X (previously Twitter) to express her concerns regarding Steph Curry’s destructive performance.
“Someone plz contest his shots I need him a little out of rhythm… thx” she wrote on Twitter.

Steph Curry activated clutch mode against the Indiana Pacers
Steph Curry was simply unplayable against the Indiana Pacers. He activated his clutch mode and went 6 of 6 on 3-pointers in the opening 9 minutes against the Indiana Pacers to earn a 131-109 win against the Indian Pacers.
No matter how many defenders the Pacers threw at Curry, it all went in vain as he cruised through their defense to score the 3-pointers and when he couldn’t he just took shots from the halfway line to score. Steph Curry produced 42 points,2 assists, and 2 rebounds against the Pacers.
Warriors are slowly climbing the ladder on the back of Steph Curry
Curry almost single-handedly carried the entire Golden State Warriors team to victory. The job is still not finished for Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors as they are set to face the Phoenix Suns next.
The Warriors are looking to slowly climb back the ladder as they are currently seats at 5th in the Western Conference, winning 31 matches out of the total 52 games. Warriors have regained their form as they have won 7 out of their last 10 games.
Though Steph Curry has no match when it comes to scoring 3-pointers but Sabrina Ionescu will be looking to pull off an upset against Steph Curry in the NBA vs WNBA 3-pointer challenge, only time will tell who will have the last laugh
