The Fight Club: Snoop Dogg’s upcoming pro boxing league will “change up the way boxing is done”
Snoop Dogg, the veteran rapper has already marked his presence in the boxing scene, most recently making an appearance in the Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr exhibition fight as a commentator.
However, the 49-year-old is not just stopping there. In a partnership with Ryan Kavanaugh, the co-owner of Triller, Snoop Dogg will be launching “The Fight Club”- a brand new professional boxing league.
Speaking to TMZ Sports, Kavanaugh unveiled that the Tyson-Jones bout was indeed the first blockbuster fight of the league and hinted more big fights are in the works.

“This was the first event of a league that we have called ‘The Fight Club,'” said Kavanaugh, “It’s a league owned by Proxima, which is the parent company to Triller and Snoop, and this was the first of many, many events.”
Boxing is indeed changing itself up in recent times. With more and more celebrities and athletes from other sports donning the gloves inside the ring, the sport is targetting to grasp on the attention of a much larger audience and its the same path that The Fight Club aims to take, and Kavanaugh hints big fights are already in the plans.
