SHAYNA DID NOT SHOW PROPER BEHAVIOUR TO THE EXTRAS

It was noted further back in April that the wrestler shall not wrestle inside an AEW ring anymore. The reason is constant disputes among her and other wrestlers, especially extras, who did not feel comfortable with the way she treated them.

SHE IS WELL KNOWN FOR HER WORK IN BRITAIN

Apart from her work as a part of AEW, the Portugese professional wrestler is known for her work in the German Wrestling Federation, Women Superstars Uncensored and on the British independent circuit promotions such as Pro-Wrestling: EVE and Kamikaze Pro.

In 2014, she appeared in TNA, but only briefly. In June 2016 Shanna traveled to Japan for a two-month tour with the all female promotion Stardom. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, Shanna defeated Kris Wolf to become the new High Speed Champion, but lost the title to Mari Apache after reigning as the Champion for a month.

In 2019, she reportedly signed a three years contract with AEW, and debuted, losing to Hikaru Shida on Dynamite. She was not seen in AEW for a period of eight months before she resurfaced at AEW Dark in December 2020. However, the promotion had to cut her contract due to lack of discipline.

Outside the ring, Shanna spends her down time streaming on Twitch, playing games such as League of Legends, Final Fantasy, and more.

AWESOME KONG WAS ALSO RELEASED FROM HER AEW CONTRACT

AEW has also released Awesome Kong, or rather decided not to renew her contract. She is best known for her time with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), where she is a two-time TNA Knockouts Champion, and one-time TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champion with Hamada. She is also known for her work in Japan, and is widely regarded as one of the greatest female professional wrestlers of her generation.

She had not appeared for the rising promotion since February 2020, when she took a hiatus in order to film the fourth season of GLOW, which was subsequently cancelled.
