The former WWE and UFC star Ronda Rousey with husband Travis Browne had previously revealed that they are expecting a baby. Now, they have announced the gender of the baby and it is a girl.
Ronda Rousey and Travis Browne are expected to become parents on September 22
The couple had previously made the pregnancy announcement back in April through a YouTube video clip. This time around they once again posted a video clip on the same platform but executed it in a different manner.
They released a unique Pokemon-inspired gender reveal video. Ronda Rousey mentioned that she wanted to keep the announcement ‘simple’ and ‘safe’.
Ronda had the following to say in the video: “Our gender reveal is finally here. We didn’t want to do something that would set 100 of acres ablaze, or thousands even; some people are idiots. We didn’t want to do that. So we are keeping it simple. We are keeping it safe. We are keeping it Browsey Acres style.”
The video had then transitioned to an ultrasound image of Rousey and Browne’s baby girl.

Ronda Rousey is unlikely to return to WWE anytime soon
Ronda Rousey had made her last in-ring appearance for WWE when she had lost the RAW Women’s Championship to Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 35. Following that she has been on a hiatus and she had expressed about an ‘impregnation vacation’ with her husband, Travis Browne.
There have been multiple occasions when fans believed that ‘The Baddest Woman On The Planet’ will be making her comeback to WWE. However, the former UFC Champion did not return as her contract status worried the fans.
When she made her appearance on D-Von Dudley’s Table Talk podcast a few months back, Rousey revealed that she has not yet planned for a much-awaited return to the squared circle.
She said: ” I actually waited until this moment to tell everybody. I don’t know [when I’ll return]. When I feel like it. I’ll come back when I feel like it. Eventually, when I feel like it [Laughs].”
Ronda Rousey had made a major impact when she had joined WWE. She went up against the top female stars of the company and defended the WWE Raw Women’s Championship, also had major feuds with top authorities of the company including Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.
We will have to see when she decides to make her return to WWE as the wait by the fans continues.
