50 laps ago, Ron Silk executed a strategic move to regain the lead. After methodically working his way through the field, Silk pulled up alongside Craig Lutz on lap 59. In a daring maneuver, he used a slide job in turn one to reclaim the lead and continued to extend it as the race progressed.

The caution flag flew on lap 13. The cause of the caution was a wrong-way-facing Cameron Houle, who found himself on the apron of turn two. After the restart, Jake Johnson battled back and led lap 20, with Gluchacki closely trailing in the catbird seat. However, despite the opportunity, Johnson couldn’t capitalize on the lead, and the race continued with Silk dominating the field.
Jake Johnson, consistently fast throughout the race, secured second place, while Patrick Emerling battled for third. Silk’s performance was nothing short of impressive, and victory lane witnessed his triumphant moment with a steaming radiator.
