Maureen Tracy, who worked in National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) as Director of Operations has parted ways with the company which she confirmed on her social media account.
Maureen Tracy departs NWA
Maureen Tracy, often regarded as the Heart of NWA too to her Twitter account and confirmed the news of her departure. She addressed the situation to the fans and thanked the company.
She thanked everyone in NWA and was grateful for holding such a high position in the company. She is now eyeing for a new adventure in her life and start a new chapter.
She wrote:
“Tomorrow is my last day with NWA.
I am so thankful for all of the amazing people I got to meet. I am also thankful for how challenging this position was, personally & professionally, as it allowed me to grow & be a better me.
Now it’s onwards & upwards to the next adventure!”

Many NWA stars had taken to Twitter and expressed their thoughts on the departure of Tracy. Ricky Starks, the inaugural NWA World Television Champion took to Twitter and shared his thoughts.
Ricky Starks said: “Let it be known this lady is the heart of NWA. No one else. No one has done more than her”
Current NXT and former NWA commentator, Wade Barrett(Stu Bennett) wrote: “It was a pleasure working with you Maureen. Good luck & see you down the road!”
Referee Brian Hebner said, “You will be missed by all. You wore a lot of hats and glad me and you worked together. Hope your next endeavor is something special. You were always so nice and caring teared me and I will never forget that. Take care!!!”
Former NWA World Women’s Champion, Thunder Rosa said, “This woman gave me the strength in many times I felt I had nothing. Im going to miss you so much”

This departure will mark as another huge loss for the promotion. COVID-19 has restricted the promotion to hold the shows and many personnels have left the company due to this.
