NBA Week 19 April 27 Results: Scores, standings, match summary, and highlights

The second matchday of Week 19 of the 2020-21 NBA season has concluded and it’s time to take a look back at the scores and highlights of the matches and standings of the teams.

Celtics 115 – 119 Thunder

After a neck-to-neck fight in the first three quarters, Oklahoma City Thunder was able to edge past Boston Celtics in Q4 to seal a win at the TD Garden.

Luguentz Dort scored 24 points, while Darius Bazley posted 21 points and 10 rebounds. Jaylen Brown scored 39 points and 11 rebounds for the hosts.

Pacers 112 – 133 Trail Blazers

Portland Trail Blazers went on massive Q2 and Q3 scoring sprees to counter Indiana Pacers at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

Anfernee Simons led the visitors with a score of 27, while Robert Covington scored 15 points with 11 rebounds and Jusuf Nurkić added 11 points and 10 rebounds. Damian Lillard scored 23.

Hornets 104 – 114 Bucks

Despite losing to Charlotte Hornets in two previous occasions, Milwaukee Bucks turned things around this time, banking on defense and Giannis’ double-double at the Spectrum Center.

Giannis topped the scoreboard with 29 points, 12 rebounds and 8 assists, followed by Brook Lopez adding 22 points. Jrue Holiday landed 12 points and 10 rebounds.

Raptors 103 – 116 Nets

Brooklyn Nets rallied in the final quarter to outplace Toronto Raptors, making their 42nd win of this NBA season at the Amalie Arena.

Jeff Green scored 22, while Kevin Durant added 17 points and 10 rebounds. Kyle Lowry scored 24 points for the hosts.

Rockets 107 – 114 Timberwolves

Karl-Anthony Towns rallied a 31-point performance to paddle Minnesota Timberwolves to outflank Houston Rockets at the Toyota Center.

Alongside towns, Juancho Hernangomez scored 22 points. Rockets saw 28 points from Kelly Olynyk and a double-double from Christian Wood.

Warriors 103 – 133 Mavericks

Luka Dončić led the Dallas Mavericks’ conquest of Golden State Warriors as the hosts at Chase Center were handed a major upset, dropping to .500 percentage.

Dončić scored 39 points, added with 6 rebounds and 8 assists. Stephen Curry finished with 27, one more than Mychal Mulder.
