The sixth matchday of Week 16 of the 2020-21 NBA season has concluded and it’s time to take a look back at the scores and highlights of the matches and standings of the teams.

Cavaliers 115-135 Raptors
Toronto Raptors slammed 87 points in a sensational first-half display to defeat Cleveland Cavaliers at the Quicken Loans Arena.
Gary Trent Jr posted 44 points and Malachi Flynn registered 11 assists for the win. Collin Sexton led the scoring for the hosts with a 29-point display.
Nets 101-126 Lakers
The defending champions made a massive statement with a dominant win over the Eastern Conference leaders at the Barclays Center.
Evenly poised at half time with Los Angeles Lakers having a three-point lead, they proceeded to take the game away in the second half.
Andre Drummond registered 20 points and 11 rebounds while the duo from Nets, Irving and Durant mustered 40 between them.
Jazz 128-111 Kings
Donovan Mitchell’s thumping 42-point display was enough to hand Utah Jazz their 40th win of the season. Royce O’Neal chipped in with 14 rebounds and helped the Jazz overcome their six-point halftime deficit.
De’Aaron Fox posted 30 points for the Kings and Richaun Holmes notched in 10 rebounds.
Thunder 97-117 76ers
Philadelphia 76ers went join on-top with Brooklyn Nets atop the Eastern Conference table following their win over Oklahoma City Thunder.
The 76ers led the scoring across all the four quarters. Joel Embiid scored 27 points meanwhile Dwight Howard posted 13 rebounds in 15 minutes for the visitors.
Suns 134-106 Wizards
Phoenix Suns took a close encounter and turned it into a dominant win after a ravaging third quarter that brought them 44 points.
Devin Booker slammed 27 points for the hosts and on the other side, Russell Westbrook delivered yet another triple double.
Warriors 125-109 Rockets
Houston Rockets inched towards 40 defeats for the season with a hefty defeat at the hands of Golden State Warriors.
Steph Curry registered 38 points to steer his side to victory at the Chase Center. John Wall was the top scorer for the Rockets with 30 points to his name.
TrailBlazers 118-103 Pistons
Enes Kanter set a massive NBA record by registering 30 rebounds in Portland TrailBlazers’ win over Detroit Pistons at the Moda Center.
The trio of Enes Kanter, Damian Lillard, and CJ McCollum slammed over 20 points individually to bounce back from their defeats against Jazz and Clippers.
