The second matchday of Week 13 of the 2020-21 NBA season has concluded and it’s time to take a look back at the scores and highlights of the matches and standings of the teams.

Celtics 107 – 117 Jazz

It was until the final quarter when Utah Jazz pulled ahead of Boston Celtics to seal a win at the TD Garden.

Donovan Mitchell finished with 21 points for the visitors, followed by 20 from Jordan Clarkson. Rudy Gobert posted his double-double of 16 points and 12 rebounds.

Heat 113 – 98 Cavaliers

Miami Heat picked up their fifth straight victory via thrashing Cleveland Cavaliers at the AmericanAirlines Arena.

Jimmy Butler posted 28 points and 12 rebounds, while Kelly Olynyk scored 17. Collin Sexton topped the visitors with 21 points.

Bulls 123 – 102 Thunder

Zach LaVine sets a new milestone with his 40-point performance against Oklahoma City Thunder as Chicago Bulls clinched their 18th win this NBA season at the United Center.

Alongside LaVine, Lauri Markkanen posted 22 points, while Moses Brown secured a double-double for the visitors.

Rockets 107 – 119 Hawks

The first and fourth quarter scoring spree from the Atlanta Hawks made the difference against Houston Rockets at the Toyota Center.

Danilo Gallinari led the visitors with 29 points, followed by John Collins who scored 20 points and 10 rebounds, while Trae Young clocked 13 points and 14 assists.

76ers 99 – 96 Knicks

New York Knicks gave a tough fight as they visited Philadelphia 76ers but the hosts were able to edge out with a narrow win at the Wells Fargo Center.

Tobias Harris posted 30 points, while both Dwight Howard and Ben Simmons picked up their double-doubles.

Trail Blazers 125 – 124 Pelicans

After training through the first half, Portland Trail Blazers went on a 43-point Q4 rally to narrowly survive the New Orleans Pelicans clash at the Moda Center.

Hitting 16,000 NBA career points, Damian Lillard posted an astounding 50-point on the scoreboard along with 10 assists, while Gary Trent Jr. scored 22.

Lakers 137 – 121 Timberwolves

Another triple-double showdown from LeBron James paddles Los Angeles Lakers to trounce Minnesota Timberwolves at the Staples Center.

LeBron scored 25 points along with 12 rebounds and 12 assists, while Montrezl Harrell also posted 25 points. Ricky Rubio finished with a double-double for the visitors.
