YouTuber turned boxer KSI made easy work of Joe Fournier, securing a quick second round knockout victory in the cruiserweight main event of MF & DAZN: X Series 007Â this Saturday night at the Wembley Arena in London.
Coming off a win over FaZe Temper in January, this was KSI’s second win of the year, over arguably the toughest challenge in his career so far. Right from the get-go, the Briton was full of energy and went into the offensive, making several connections and putting Fournier in the backfoot.
Fournier did manage to bounce back in round 2, returning the aggression and taking the fight to the center of the ring. Unfortunately, all it took was one big sudden turn of events as KSI landed a huge overhand right to daze Fournier, before landing the knockout blow seconds later.
“I hit him with a massive shot, and he was dazed,” said KSI following the victory. “He was scrambling, trying to hold on to me for dear life. I was like, ‘brother, nah, nah, nah. It’s D-Day. Your soul is mine.'”
