There is probably nothing left for LeBron James to achieve in the NBA.
The Los Angeles Lakers icon has been the champion, MVP as well as Finals MVP all four times each, along with numerous other honours and achievements, which leaves no question when ‘King James’ is regarded as one of the greatest ever to grace the sport of basketball.
However, lets switch things up a bit. How would LeBron James fair if he was a pro football player, rocking the NFL? The player himself oozes confidence that he would do pretty well.
LeBron James actually has experience in pro football. As an underclassman, James was a part of the St. Vincent-St. Mary’s football team, playing as a wide receiver and was even recruited by the Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team and even led them to the state semifinals as a junior.
Even though he chose the path of the dunk over the path of the touchdown, many pundits and fans alike believe that LeBron James would have had an equally decorated NFL career and the player himself reveals the two franchises that invited him- Dallas Cowboys and Seattle Seahawks.

LeBron James was aware of his capabilities on the football field
In a recent interview with The Athletic, James revealed that during the NBA lockout in 2011, he received invitation from the Cowboys as well as the Seahawks, with the latter’s head coach Pete Carroll even sent him a customised jersey.
Although James turned down both invitations, he insisted that he had his mind set on joining the ranks of the Cowboys.
“I would have made the team. I would have tried out, but I would have made the team,” said LeBron, “One thing about it, I don’t mind working for something, so if I would have had to try out for the Cowboys or the Seahawks, or if I’d have stayed home and went back home to Cleveland, I’d have tried [out], but I would have made the team.”
“I just know what I’m capable of doing on the football field. Especially at that age.” added the 36-year-old.
