After the race, Regan Smith from FOX inquired about Kyle Larson’s second-place finish and Larson revealed that he wanted to win but Martinsville was known for its tight corner and really hard-to-gain track positions. Kyle mentioned as he lost some track positions earlier he didn’t get a chance to make his move and take up the lost spots again but he was happy with the results and congratulated Rick Hendrick and the HMS team for the special day and special occasion.
