Austin Dillon’s RCR 2024 journey

Austin Dillon experienced a slow start to the 2024 season. In response, Richard Childress Racing made a strategic move by appointing Justin Alexander as Dillon’s new crew chief. This change is aimed at enhancing performance and maximizing the capabilities of the team’s Chevrolets. Notably, Keith Rodden, Dillon’s former crew chief, will now assume a broader role across the organization.
